The Gasteria ‘Durban’ is a beautiful, slow-growing succulent prized for its architectural form and thick, textured leaves that grow in a tight rosette.
Light: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight or gentle morning sun. It tolerates low-light indoor spaces much better than most succulents.
Watering: Low water needs. Let the soil dry out 100% between waterings, then water deeply at the base.
Soil: Plant in a sharply draining cactus or succulent mix heavily amended with perlite or pumice.
Temperature: Thrives in standard household temperatures (65°F–80°F) but must be protected from freezing drafts below 50°F.
